To read / understand the time screen, see description below.

Navigate to > TIME Mode > Current Tide

Your watch is equipped to calculate tidal information for 1,360 locations. A full location list can be found here.

TIDE Mode - Future Tides

Navigate to MENU > TIDE.

In TIDE MODE use the UP button to check the future tides for your selected location.
